Coronavirus / Covid-19 Update

On 16th March, SOLT and UK Theatre, who represent many of the UK’s theatres, made the following announcement:

“We regret to announce that from this evening (including tonight’s performances) SOLT and UK Theatre venues have closed following official government advice. They will remain closed until further notice and will re-open when possible, following government recommendations.”

In a further update on the 5th May, SOLT said "We are now extending those cancellations until Sunday 28 June. This does not mean theatres will reopen on 29 June; if further cancellations are necessary they will continue to be announced on a rolling basis. Different theatres and productions are likely to reopen at different times."

The situation is evolving rapidly, making it very difficult to predict how long affected theatres will remain closed. In the event that a suspended show is confirmed as cancelled, your ticket supplier will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm an alternative date or to process a refund.

Please understand that all ticket suppliers are under extreme pressure due to large volumes of calls and emails from customers. We kindly ask that you wait to hear from your supplier before contacting them.

For a list of all affected venues in London, please see latest advice from SOLT here.

We thank you for your patience and understanding in these highly unpredictable and unusual times.
