Award-winning dancer, choreographer and teacher Michelle Dorrance brings her phenomenal dance production to the London stage, alongside long-time collaborator Nicholas Van Young. Opening at Sadler’s Wells, Dorrance Dance-ETM: Double Down plays a strictly limited four performances, beginning July 12th 2017.
Propelling the beloved style of tap into the age of electronic music, Van Young’s extraordinary electronic tap boards transform the stage into a unique musical instrument. From Afro-Brazilian to indie-pop and even Adele, the eight dancers’ footwork releases a wave of sounds that throws traditional Vaudeville dance into a new age.
