Hershey Felder Our Great Tchaikovsky Tickets
Embodying the role of Tchaikovsky, Felder takes us through his tumultuous life story; through a time-bending tale of gorgeous music and changing politics, to his compositions of famous ballets and operas including Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake and The Nutcracker.
Widely known for his hugely memorable symphonic works, piano concerti, chamber music and operas, Tchaikovsky is regarded as one of the world’s best composers, with his music revived across the globe. But in 1893, after conducting Symphony No. 6, “Pathétique”, a healthy, 53-year old Tchaikovsky was found dead. To this day, his death is still a mystery.
Hershey Felder is best known for his myriad of shows that see him transform into some of music’s greatest names. Past shows have included George Gershwin Alone, Monsieur Chopin, Beethoven, As I Knew Him, Maestro: The Art of Leonard Bernstein and Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin. Felder twice brought his show The Pianist of Willesden Lane to the St James Theatre in 2016, before it was rebranded to The Other Palace.
