Olivier Award-nominated production Hetty Feather returns to London’s West End for a strictly limited smashing summer run! Following young, sparky Hetty as she breaks free from the Foundling Hospital, we join her on a journey through Victorian London’s streets, encountering a variety of colourful characters. Packed full of stunning circus skills, Hetty Feather is not one to be missed!

Following a sell-out 2014 London run, Olivier Award-nominated Hetty Feather returns to the West End to play a limited forty performances at the Duke of York’s Theatre, beginning in August. Based on the novel by best-selling author Jacqueline Wilson, Hetty Feather is the spectacular stage extravaganza adapted for the stage by BBC script writer Emma Reeves (The Story of Tracy Beaker), featuring stunning circus and aerial skills.

Set in Victorian London, Hetty Feather is the inspiring tale of young Hetty, who breaks out of the Foundling Hospital in order to find a real family of her own. Along the way, Hetty encounters the fearsome Matron Stinking Bottom, as well as the delightful squirrel house and Tanglefields Travelling Circus. An invigorating, exciting journey, Hetty must overcome all in favour of finding her birth parents.

Hetty Feather is directed by Olivier Award-nominated Sally Cookson, who previously worked on acclaimed children’s productions We’re Going on a Bear Hunt and Stick Man, as well as Cinderella. Cast members include Phoebe Thomas (Holby City), Matt Costain, Sarah Goddard, Nikki Warwick, Nik Howden, Mark Kane, Seamas H Carey and Luke Potter.

Packed with live music composed by Benji Bower, Hetty Feather features thrilling aerial skills combined with a huge heart that will win over every audience member. Olivier Award nominated for Best Family and Entertainment, Hetty Feather is the critically-acclaimed production that is sure to delight young theatregoers and their families. Opening at the Duke of York’s Theatre in August, the production is set to play for a limited season until September 2015.
