All the fun of the circus meets the end of the world in Machine de Cirque, a wacky new show hitting the West End in 2020. Playing for a limited season at the Peacock Theatre, this Canadian delight promises to be a truly unique theatrical event.

In the wake of the apocalypse, four circus artists and a musician seem quite alone in the world, with only each other, their juggling clubs and instruments for company. Armed with a zest for life and a determination to find other survivors, the team set out across the wasteland in a piece of performance art that’s both nostalgic and full of mirth.

Combining live music, acrobatics and storytelling, Machine de Cirque is a Québec-based theatrical company well-loved for their bizarre but wonderful imagination. The team includes Artistic Director Vincent Dubé; circus artists Yohann Trépanier, Raphaël Dubé, Ugo Dario and Maxim Laurin; and musical composer Frédéric Lebrasseur.

From teeterboards to bath towels, prepare for the unexpected when Machine de Cirque hits the West End. Catch this haphazard but utterly charming show at the Peacock Theatre from 8 September 2020.

Sorry this show closed 26 September 2020.
