About the show
Cinderella is ordered about by her bullying stepsisters and forbidden from attending the splendid Prince’s Ball. But when a Fairy Godmother appears and waves her magic wand, Cinderella’s dreams come true. Join her on an incredible rags-to-riches story with pumpkins, glass slippers and happily ever afters.
My First Ballet: Cinderella is choreographed by Ruth Brill and features a shortened version of Sergei Prokofiev’s famous score, alongside a narrator to help audience members follow along with the captivating story.
The show is a new production from the internationally acclaimed English National Ballet and its educational wing, the English National Ballet School, whose accessible My First Ballet series has toured the UK since 2012.
Presenting world-class ballet in a child-friendly package, My First Ballet: Cinderella at the Peacock Theatre will have children begging to practice their own pirouettes. Catch it in London from 9 April 2020.
