Rambert Two Tickets
British dance company Rambert has selected some of the world's best young talent in dance and have brought them together to form a new dance company. Rambert2 presents several short dances by the most exciting choreographers working today in in one, exhilarating programme at Sadler's Wells.
Rambert2 is the newest company at Rambert, featuring some of the the best young dancers in the world. This company gives artists the much-needed transition into the highest level of the dance industry and brings the work of great choreographers to venues around the UK. Rambert Two comes to Sadler's Wells for a limited number of performances as part of their tour.
Rambert is the UK’s oldest dance company, which was founded in 1926 by Polish refugee Marie Rambert after fleeing to Britain during World War I. The company now tours extensively, offers many opportunities for education and creates original work as well as performs dances in its extensive repertoire.
Rambert2’s bill consists of pieces from 4 different choreographers: Rafael Bonachela, Sharon Eyal, Ohad Naharin and Benoit Swan Pouffer. The company features 10 dancers, who star alongside Rambert’s primary ensemble of 20, permanently employed dancers. As well as their performances, the company deliver workshops and classes in partnership with school and community organisations.
An exciting development in Rambert’s history as they add another ensemble to their company, this sensational new production features some of the company's most exciting work. Rambert Two plays at London's Sadler's Wells from 6 November to 10 November 2018, starring some of the country’s best young, contemporary dancers.
