Who are Shen Yun?

Shen Yun was founded by a group of New York artists and creatives in 2006, in response to their homeland’s communist government and strict laws that have restricted the performance of these traditional dances and practices. It is inspired by Buddhist and Taoist values and has proved an enthralling evening out for audiences across the world over the last two decades.
