The Show Must Go On! Live at the Palace Theatre Tickets
Leading musical theatre artists are teaming up for The Show Must Go On! Live at the Palace Theatre in January. The series of socially distanced concerts, in aid of industry charities, open on 20 January for a strictly limited season.
Whilst COVID-19 has put many of London’s biggest musicals on pause, its community of actors and creatives are now returning to the stage to support their industry and do what they do best - entertain. The concert will be a fantastic display of world-class talent, with performances from & Juliet, Come From Away, Dear Evan Hansen, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, MAMMA MIA!, The Prince of Egypt, SIX, TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL, Wicked and more.
The Show Must Go On! is presented by Theatre Support Fund+ and Take Two Theatricals, with proceeds being donated to Acting For Others and the Fleabag Support Fund, two charities supporting theatre professionals affected by COVID-19.
The creative team includes directors Luke Sheppard (& Juliet) and Anna Fox, set designer Soutra Gilmour (Jamie Lloyd Company: Cyrano de Bergerac, Evita), lighting designers Neil Austin and Howard Hudson, video designers Finn Ross and Fray Studio, sound designer Adam Fisher and musical supervisor and conductor Stephen Brooker.
Although COVID-19 has changed how we live, it hasn’t dampened London theatre's community spirit. The Show Must Go On! Live at the Palace Theatre opens this summer.
