After an initial run at the Almeida Theatre, Anne Washburn’s stage adaptation of hit CBS television show The Twilight Zone arrives in the West End. Playing at London’s Ambassadors Theatre, the play takes audiences on a journey between light and shadow, and science and superstition, as everything becomes a dimension of the imagination.

Following an acclaimed initial run at The Almeida, Anne Washburn’s thrilling stage adaptation of hit CBS television show The Twilight Zone transfers to the West End. Playing a limited season at London’s Ambassadors Theatre, the production arrives after receiving rave reviews from audiences and critics alike.

The Twilight Zone is the electrifying sci-fi drama packed with apt socio-political commentary. In a world where everything is part of the imagination, the Twilight Zone is the sticky area between past and present, light and shadow, science and superstition and fear and knowledge.

Anne Washburn adapts The Twilight Zone for the stage, with previous credits including the heralded Mr Burns. Richard Jones directs, after helming multiple productions at the Young Vic and National Theatre, as well as receiving Olivier Awards for Too Clever by Half and Sondheim musical Into the Woods.

Further creative team includes set designer Paul Steinberg, costume designer Nicky Gillibrand, movement director Aletta Collins and lighting designer Mimi Jordan Sherin, with composer and sound designer Sarah Angliss.
