Manchester’s pantomime tradition stretches all the way back to the late 1800s, and has been an annual fixture at the Opera House since the early 2000s, with stars including Warwick Davis, Les Dennis and even Torvill and Dean appearing in recent years. An afternoon of hilarious panto is the perfect accompaniment to a visit to Manchester's famous Christmas Markets, which stretch from Piccadilly Gardens and King Street all the way to Cathedral Square.
