Pantomime In Manchester
Mirror, mirror on the wall, this year's Manchester panto is the fairest of them all - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This glittering Christmas treat brings laughs, music, incredible special effects and the Wicked Queen's dastardly plotting to the Opera House Theatre.
Manchester’s pantomime tradition stretches all the way back to the late 1800s, and has been an annual fixture at the Opera House since the early 2000s, with stars including Warwick Davis, Les Dennis and even Torvill and Dean appearing in recent years. An afternoon of hilarious panto is the perfect accompaniment to a visit to Manchester's famous Christmas Markets, which stretch from Piccadilly Gardens and King Street all the way to Cathedral Square.
