Location

The Golden Theatre is located at 252 West 45th Street, amongst many other major Broadway venues. Well-known landmarks such as Times Square are just a short walk away for sightseeing, while options for hotels and eating out are plentiful. Like many Broadway theaters, the Golden Theatre enjoys a central location perfect for tourists and locals alike to easily access on public transport.

Subway

Subway stations close to the Golden Theatre include 42nd Street – Port Authority Bus Terminal, on the A, C and E lines. From the station, it is about two minutes’ walk to the theater along West 44th Street and 8th Avenue.

Other subway options include 49th Street station on the N, Q, R or W lines, which is five minutes away from the Golden Theatre on foot.

Bus

Various buses stop close to the Golden Theatre, including the M20 and M104 at West 46th Street and 8th Avenue. Once off the bus, it is one minute on foot to the theater via West 45th Street.

Other buses, including the M7, stop at West 44th Street and 7th Avenue, which is four minutes’ walk away from the Golden Theatre.

Car

It is easy to get a taxi directly to the theater but if driving, lots of parking options are within walking distance. Quik Park and Edison ParkFast are both on West 44th street, under five minutes away on foot.

Choosing a garage further from the theater may reduce waiting times.
