Getting into the VenueThe CAA Theatre is situated on Yonge Street and is step-free through double-doors. Once inside, there are no steps to reach the Orchestra and an elevator to take patrons to the second level, where the Balcony seating is located.
Once inside the Orchestra, there are no steps to the seating. Wheelchair and assisted seating is available in this section. The Balcony is steeply raked with steps to reach each row and is not recommended for wheelchair patrons or those who have difficulty walking. All steps are highlighted with handrails in place.
Customer AssistanceStaff are available for patrons who require assistance. Those who wish to transfer into assisted seating or wheelchair seats are advised to bring a support person, however staff are also trained to assist patrons.
A coat check is located in the main entrance of the lobby, for a cost of $2.50.
How to BookFor those who wish to book wheelchair and assisted seating, it is important to book in advance to guarantee availability and notify the theatre of any special requirements.

The Orchestra is step-free from street level via the main entrance to the theatre. Once inside the auditorium, there is a gradual rake and no steps to reach each row and wheelchair or assisted seating. Support persons are able to sit next to patrons.
Legroom is good throughout the Orchestra, with extra space available in seats 19-22 of Row B and 1-4 of Row D, and in aisle seats.
The Balcony can be accessed via steps up from street level. Alternatively, an elevator is available to take patrons up, however once inside the Balcony there are steps to reach each row. All steps are highlighted with handrails in place.
This section is not suitable for wheelchair patrons or those who have difficulty walking.
Extra legroom can be found in the movable seats in the Upper and Lower Loges and in any aisle seats.
