Community Guidelines

SeatPlan’s community of theatre fans is what makes our website thrive, and we want to make sure our members feel respected and safe. Please bear in mind the following community guidelines:

  • No discriminatory language. Any ableist, transphobic, homophobic, sexist or racist comments will be removed, and if this happens consistently, your account may be suspended.
  • Be kind! Keep comments respectful and avoid being derogatory towards cast, creatives, theatre staff and other audience members.
  • Keep comments relevant to the show or the seat. Comments related to personal, political or social beliefs that aren’t directly linked to the show will be removed.
  • Don’t share any information that would identify other audience members.
  • Use authentic photos only. We trust our users to be truthful in their reviews, so no plagiarism, CGI or AI-generated imagery please!
  • Think – is this helpful? When in doubt, think what you’d want to know about the seat.
