Glasgow Theatre Shows

Glasgow is known for its strong industrial roots, but more recently has developed a fantastic cultural scene; there are few better places in the UK for gigs, concerts and festivals. The city is a hub of creative activity, with notable actors including Peter Capaldi and James McAvoy hailing from its parts. Glasgow theatre is equally impressive and the city is home to two of the UK’s top regional venues: the Theatre Royal and King’s Theatre. Theatre Royal Glasgow has two resident companies, Scottish Opera and Scottish Ballet, and both venues host a programme of touring musicals, plays, comedy and children’s theatre.
