Frequently Asked Questions
How many points can I earn for buying tickets?
You earn 2 points for every £/$ spent on SeatPlan. So when you spend £100 you get 200 points! Please note that bookings must originate on https://seatplan.com for a production listed on our site. Bookings (including cancellations and re-bookings) that are made on any of our supplier websites are not eligible.
How many points can I earn for adding photos?
Every approved seat view photo earns a minimum of 40 points. To earn more than 40 points, also add a seat comment and photo of your ticket to verify your purchase (tickets purchased through SeatPlan do not need a ticket photo as we know you sat there!). You can bag 80 points for the 3rd or 4th photo from a seat, and a massive 120 points for the 1st or 2nd photo from a seat!
How long will it take for my Rewards balance to increase?
For ticket purchases we credit your balance 48 hours after the booked performance to cover ourselves for
cancelled bookings.
For photos, your Rewards balance will increase when you upload photos to SeatPlan and our editors approve them. This shouldn't take more than 1 working day.

Do points expire?
No. Some gift cards expire so only claim one when you are ready to spend it.
How do I claim a reward?
Log into your SeatPlan account and select the ‘Claim Reward’ button next to the gift card you want. Your
digital gift card will be displayed in the Claimed Rewards section on the My Rewards page.
