Founded in 2011, SeatPlan hires people who love theatre and web technology. Our team addresses the problems that all theatregoers experience: theatre is expensive and it is difficult to now where to sit. We used to have an office in Shoreditch but when Covid came along we went fully remote and haven't looked back since. We speak every day on video calls and get together for a team office day once a month. The team office day doubles up as opportunity for our team social - alternating between lunch and an evening of something fun.
As a theatre ticket site, our team take advantage of regular trips to West End shows. There's a healthy social budget for bi-monthly team activities (see above), and you can also save for that holiday home in Spain with our pension scheme!
