Roll up, roll up! For four weeks only, audiences can enter the Big Top for Goldilocks and the Three Bears starring Brian Conley. Get ready for the greatest panto on earth as Goldilocks’ circus is threatened by an evil ringmaster! The annual panto is a tradition for the whole family to enjoy and this year's is just right: an extravaganza that provides all the laughs, beautiful costumes and "it's behind you!"s that fun-loving theatregoers could wish for.

How much are tickets for Goldilocks and the Three Bears?

Ticket prices for Goldilocks at the Hippodrome start at £13 and go up to around £90. Concessions are available at selected performances for Early Bird groups of 6+, 16-25-year-olds, seniors aged 60+ and children under 16. You can save up to £10 per ticket with these concessions. If you are bringing a child under 18 months, select a Babes In Arms voucher at the checkout. They can sit on your lap for free if you have this voucher.

Several add-ons are available when you book to make your visit special, including the Family Christmas Cracker, which is £50, and the Children's Christmas Cracker, which is £10. These bundles have drinks - including alcoholic options for adults - ice cream and popcorn at an exclusive price if you buy them before you attend the theatre.

Comedian, actor and panto legend Brian Conley stars as the Ringmaster in Goldilocks and the Three Bears this year. Conley has been entertaining crowds at pantomimes across the UK since the 1970s, and he’ll have the whole family in fits of laughter with his cheeky charm and perfect comic timing.

Conley is joined by his daughter, Lucy Conley, as Goldilocks and popular dame David Robbins as Dame Betty Barnum.

11 December - 5 January. Jack and the Beanstalk at Redgrave Theatre is another fantastic option for family entertainment this Christmas. The co-production with Polka Dot Pantomimes is gigantic fun as Jack climbs up to Cloudland to save Daisy the Cow!

The Nutcracker - Redgrave Theatre

4 - 5 December. Ballet Theatre UK’s mesmerising production of this classic ballet is quintessential Christmas entertainment for families. Best for age 3+.

The Snow Baby / Santa & Sven - Wardrobe Theatre

On 2 December, visit Santa and his reindeer Sven in a charming interactive show, or from 20 - 30 December enjoy a magical hour of puppetry and music for ages 3 - 8. This double bill of festive shows is perfect if you're looking for local Christmas shows for toddlers, with free tickets available for kids aged 2 and under.

Hansel & Gretel - Tobacco Factory Theatres

28 November - 12 January. Follow the breadcrumbs into a dark and twisting fairy tale with a very sweet heart. Tobacco Factory’s Christmas production is a real gem for Bristol families. Best for age 5+.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - Theatre Royal Bath

12 December - 12 January. If you don’t mind travelling to see a pantomime in Bath, this is a fantastic family day out. Full of panto magic, audience participation and the all-important panto dame, Snow White is led by local favourite Jon Monie and really is one of the fairest pantos of them all!
