Getting into the Venue
Liverpool Empire Theatre is situated on Lime Street, with step-free access to the Box Office entrance on the corner of London Road, through automatic doors.All seating sections of the theatre are accessible via customer lifts, ramps and steps. There is level access from the main foyer to wheelchair spaces located in the Stalls section.
Customer Assistance
Customers with limited mobility and wheelchair users are advised to book seats in the Stalls, with specific easy access wheelchair spaces located behind Row U. For those who wish to transfer, it is advised to bring a companion and to notify the theatre when booking.Staff are on hand throughout the theatre to assist with navigation and the use of customer lifts. An at-seat service is available for audience members in the Stalls who are unable to access the bars or wish to remain seated during intervals. All bars are fully accessible.
Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor and second floor, and on the lower ground floor via the Stalls.

Section Accessibility
Stalls
There is level access to the Stalls from the main foyer, with step-free access to 12 wheelchair spaces in Row U. Companion seats may be in front of the wheelchair spaces rather than next to them. For patrons who wish to transfer into aisle seats, venue staff should be notified in advance.
Routes are clearly signposted and staff are on hand to assist with navigation. Customer lifts are available to reach other levels of the theatre, including the Stalls Bar and toilets.
Extra legroom is available in Row J and in seats at the ends of each row.
Circle
The Circle can be accessed via 15+ steps up from the main foyer or by the Front of House lift. Handrails are in place and steps are clearly highlighted. There are four wheelchair spaces in Row G, with companion seats next to them.
Legroom may be limited toward the rear of the seating, with seats becoming slightly narrower. This section is not recommended for those with limited mobility.
