Christmas Shows in Liverpool 2024

Liverpool panto has been a staple for many families since it first came to the city in 1946. Since then, locals have been treated to various incredible classic pantomime productions with star-studded casts. If you’re looking to enjoy Christmas theatre in Liverpool but you’re not sure about a pantomime, the city has also welcomed a handful of touring productions through the festive season over the years.

With touring productions that include The Wizard of Oz, White Christmas and Dreamgirls, you’ll be in for a dazzling night of entertainment, usually straight from the West End! This year, the Empire will be wowing audiences with Disney’s Aladdin. The show will be running throughout the Christmas season and is perfect for children ages 6+. For lovers of the classic film, you’re guaranteed to be in for a few hours of incredible magic!

How much are tickets for Disney’s Aladdin?

Disney’s Aladdin ticket prices start at £20 with the most expensive tickets costing around £180 for a package seat in the Stalls. Concessions aren’t available for this production, but you can add exclusive merchandise bundles to your ticket at an extra cost to avoid queues on the day. You can also add experiences to your ticket for an extra price, including reservations for a pre-show meal at a local restaurant and Ambassador Lounge access, which includes alcohol, soft drinks, nibbles, ice cream and a programme.

The touring cast of Aladdin is led by Gavin Adams in his professional debut as Aladdin, with Yeukayi Ushe (A Strange Loop; The Lion King; Kinky Boots) as Genie, Desmonda Cathabel (Miss Saigon; From Here To Eternity) as Jasmine, Adam Strong (We Will Rock You; Rock of Ages) as Jafar, Jo Servi (Dreamgirls) as Sultan, and Angelo Paragoso (Miss Saigon) as Iago.
