How it Works
1. Book tickets with SeatPlan to earn 2 Rewards Points for every £/$ spent.
2. Add photos of the view from your seat. Each one earns up to 120 Points.

How many points can I earn for buying tickets?
You earn 2 points for every £/$ spent on SeatPlan. So when you spend £100 you get 200 points! Please note that bookings must originate on https://seatplan.com for a production listed on our site.
How many points can I earn for adding photos?
The number of points you'll earn is based on the number of photos that have already been added to each seat; and the extra information you provide about your experience that can help other theatregoers.
For the number of photos on a seat:
- The 1st and 2nd photos earn up to 120 points
- The 3rd and 4th photos earn up to 80 points
- The 5th photo and above earns 40 points
Every approved seat view photo will earn at least 40 points. To earn 80 or 120 points on eligible photos please include:
- A comment about the seat
- A photo or screenshot of your ticket
Tickets purchased through SeatPlan don’t need a ticket photo - we know you sat there!

I didn't take a photo. Can I still add a review and earn points?
Every review added to SeatPlan is helpful, whether it includes a photo or not, and we welcome text-only reviews. However, you can only earn points if you upload a photo of the view from your seat.
How long will it take for my Rewards balance to increase?
For ticket purchases, we credit your balance 48 hours after the booked performance to cover ourselves for cancelled bookings.
For photos, your Rewards balance will increase when you upload photos to SeatPlan and our editors approve them. This shouldn't take more than 1 working day.

Do points expire?
No. Your points will remain on your account as long as it's open.
Do Rewards and Gift Cards expire?
Some of the Gift Cards offered in our Rewards scheme expire so please only claim one when you're ready to spend it.
How do I claim a Reward?
Log in to your SeatPlan account and select the ‘Claim Reward’ button next to the Gift Card you want. Your digital Gift Card will be displayed in the Claimed Rewards section on this page.
My points are on the wrong account, can they be moved?
Yes, we can merge two accounts together as long as you can prove that both belong to you. Get in touch with our Customer Service team to get this process started.
Why didn't I get the points I expected for my review?

Why didn't I get the points I expected for my purchase?
Points for purchase are only added after the performance. If it's more than 48 hours after the show and you still can't see these, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
