Supplier Guide: Ingresso
You’ve picked out your perfect seats, secured an amazing deal and earned Reward Points by booking through SeatPlan – now it’s time to receive your tickets!
SeatPlan displays the best prices and ticket deals by combining availability and prices from several Suppliers, so your tickets will look different depending on who fulfilled your booking. Here is what to expect when your booking is fulfilled by Supplier Ingresso.

When do E-tickets arrive?
You should receive a confirmation and e-tickets from Ingresso within 30 minutes of receiving your SeatPlan confirmation email. Ingresso e-tickets are sent from automated@ingresso.co.uk.
If your e-tickets do not arrive, click If E-tickets Don’t Arrive.
What do E-tickets look like?
After receiving your confirmation email from SeatPlan, you will then receive your e-tickets in a separate email from the Supplier.
Getting your tickets from Ingresso is a 3-step process:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email from Ingresso, with the subject line “Seatplan.com – Booking Confirmation”. Click the “Download E-Tickets” button in the email to view your tickets.
- A new web page will open, showing the e-tickets and seat numbers. These tickets cannot currently be added to your Apple/Google Wallet.
- Your Ingresso e-tickets have a barcode, which will be scanned upon arrival at the venue.
How do I contact Ingresso?
If there are any issues with your Ingresso e-tickets or booking, you can contact their customer service team via email at customerservices@ingresso.co.uk.
It’s helpful to quote your order reference number when emailing the team at Ingresso. Order numbers are eighteen characters long, separated into fours by a dash, and they’re made up of a combination of numbers and letters, always beginning with a “U”. For example “U123-A4BC-56DE”. The order number can be found in your confirmation emails from both SeatPlan and Ingresso.
Booking Amendments
Tickets are generally sold on a non-transferable and non-refundable basis, so if you need to amend your booking, be sure to first thoroughly check the Terms and Conditions for your supplier.
We fully appreciate that unexpected changes to your plans can sometimes happen, so the Supplier can sometimes make amendments to the booking at their discretion. If you need to change your Ingresso booking, reach out to them directly using the above contact details, and ensure that you contact them more than 48 hours before the performance date, as it is often not possible to exchange tickets or amend a booking after this time.
Ticket Protection
Ingresso do not offer Ticket Protection on SeatPlan bookings.
