Supplier Guide: London Theatre Direct
You’ve picked out your perfect seats, secured an amazing deal and earned Rewards Points by booking through SeatPlan – now it’s time to receive your tickets!
SeatPlan displays the best prices and ticket deals by combining availability and prices from several Suppliers, so your tickets will look different depending on who fulfilled your booking. Here is what to expect when your booking is fulfilled by Supplier London Theatre Direct.

When do E-Tickets Arrive?
You should receive your confirmation email from London Theatre Direct immediately after receiving your SeatPlan confirmation email, and usually within no more than 30 minutes. E-tickets from London Theatre Direct are sent from info@londontheatredirect.com.
Some venues send e-tickets closer to the performance date and this will be explained in the email you receive from the Supplier.
If your e-tickets do not arrive, click If E-tickets Don’t Arrive.
What do E-Tickets Look Like?
Getting your tickets is a 3 step process:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email from London Theatre Direct, with the subject line ‘Confirmation for Order [ORDER NUMBER]’. Click the “Get e-Tickets” button.
- A web page will open with a “Download tickets” button. Tickets can also be added to your Apple or Google Pay wallet by clicking ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ or ‘Save to Phone’, depending on the model of your device.
- Your London Theatre Direct e-tickets have a QR code to scan upon arrival at the venue.
What is my Order Reference Number?
Your Order Reference Number can be found in your confirmation emails from both SeatPlan and London Theatre Direct. They are comprised of eight characters, and are a combination of letters and numbers, always beginning with the letters ‘SP’ (e.g. SP123AB4).
How do I Contact London Theatre Direct?
If there are any issues with your London Theatre Direct booking or e-tickets, you should reach out to their team using their contact form. Be sure to use the email you booked with so their team can easily locate your booking.
For shows in the upcoming five days, London Theatre Direct can also assist over the telephone on 0333 009 0997. Please do not call the number if your booking is for a date over five days away, as the team will not be able to assist via telephone if this is the case.
Booking Amendments
Tickets are generally sold on a non-transferable and non-refundable basis, so if you need to amend your booking, be sure to first thoroughly check the Terms and Conditions for your Supplier.
Unexpected changes to your plans can sometimes happen, so the Supplier can sometimes make amendments to the booking at their discretion. If you need to change your London Theatre Direct booking, reach out to them directly using the above contact details, and ensure that you contact them more than 48 hours before the performance date, as it is often not possible to exchange tickets or amend a booking after this time.
Ticket Protection
London Theatre Direct do offer Ticket Protection, which you can add to your order at checkout.
