Customer Assistance

Access patrons with limited mobility and wheelchair users are strongly advised to book seats in the Stalls. Those who wish to transfer into fixed aisle seats are advised to bring a companion and notify the theatre when booking. Wheelchair users can book spaces in Row D, E and T of the Stalls, which provide a space for a wheelchair and a fixed seat for a companion.

An at-seat service is available for access patrons who are unable to reach the bars. Staff are on hand to assist with navigation throughout the theatre.

Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor of the Stalls. They are separate, private, unisex facilities and just 3m away from the accessible entrance on Station Street.
