Death Note: The Musical follows the story of Light Yagami, a high school genius who discovers a supernatural notebook dropped by Ryuk, a Shinigami (god of death), that kills anyone whose name is written in it.

Based on the Japanese manga by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata, the stage adaptation features a score by Tony, Grammy and Emmy nominee Frank Wildhorn, lyrics by Jack Murphy and a book by Ivan Menchell. The show made its debut at the Barbican Theatre, where its limited 50-performance run was a sell-out and was loved by critics!
