Jodie Comer makes West End debut in legal thriller

BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning actress Jodie Comer makes her West End debut in the UK premiere of Suzie Miller’s thriller Prima Facie at the Harold Pinter Theatre.

Tessa is a working-class, young and brilliant barrister, who has risen through the ranks of her profession against the odds by prosecuting and cross-examining at the top of her game. However, an unexpected event turns her life upside down and forces her to confront the traditional patriarchal power of the law, the burden of proof and her own moral compass.

Suzie Miller is a former lawyer turned playwright and screenwriter. Her gripping one-woman play will be directed by Justin Martin (The Jungle).

Jodie Comer is best known for her starring role in the multi-award-winning TV series Killing Eve. She most recently starred opposite Ryan Reynolds in the summer blockbuster Free Guy.

Prima Facie tickets are sure to be a theatrical highlight of the 2022 calendar, as this hugely acclaimed screen actor makes her stage debut.

I was left speechless, Jodie comer the actress had me captivated from the start, her journey or emotions, the pain. The realness. The set, design, direction the show was 1000/1000 . I would highly recommend. I’d love too see it again.
