Soar into a winter wonderland

Raymond Briggs’ beloved festive adventure, The Snowman returns to the Peacock Theatre this winter, offering families a whimsical and nostalgic story that’s perfect for every generation.

One snowy night, a young boy looks out of his window and gets a massive surprise... the snowman he built the day before has come to life! As the two hold hands and soar into the sky, audiences will be dazzled by their adventures on a magical Christmas Eve.

Based on Raymond Briggs’ children’s book and Dianne Jackson’s animated film, this timeless story is told with the help of enchanting sets, dancing and music. “Walking in the Air”, the iconic song made famous by Aled Jones, provides a stunning soundtrack as James and the Snowman fly through a winter wonderland.

Returning to the West End annually for over 20 years, The Snowman tickets remain a staple of countless families’ London Christmas theatre tradition. Introduce a new generation of children to the magic of live theatre with this festive gem, opening on 20 November 2021.
