    Getting into the Venue

The Opera House Manchester is situated on Quay Street, with step-free access to the main foyer and to the box office. An alternative entrance is available at the side of the theatre, which provides level access to wheelchair spaces and accessible facilities in the Circle.

All sections of the theatre must be reached by stairs as there is no customer lift. Access patrons should ask for assistance at the box office if they require the alternative entrance.

    Customer Assistance

Staff are available at the box office for those who require assistance. Patrons who wish to transfer are advised to bring a companion and to notify the theatre when booking. Those who need to use the alternative entrance at the side of the theatre must alert staff at the box office.

A cloakroom is available in the foyer and an at-seat service can be requested for those who are unable to access the bars. The Beecham Bar is on street level and fully accessible.

Accessible toilets are located on street level between the Beecham Bar and the Circle auditorium.
