Getting into the Venue
The New Victoria Theatre Woking is situated at The Ambassadors, Peacock Centre, a short walk away from Woking Station. There is level access into the main foyer and to the Royal Circle, where 9 wheelchair spaces are available in Row H. Doors are attended at all times and a drop-off point is located outside of the theatre.The Stalls are accessible via a customer lift that leads to fixed transfer seats and 1 wheelchair space in Row H. The Upper Circle is only accessible by steps, which are highlighted and have handrails in place.
Customer Assistance
Access patrons with limited mobility and wheelchair users are strongly advised to book seats in the Stalls and Royal Circle. Those who wish to transfer into fixed aisle seats are advised to bring a companion and notify the theatre when booking. Wheelchair users can book spaces in Row H of the Stalls and Royal Circle. There are 10 wheelchair spaces in total, all with room for a companion.An at-seat service is available for patrons who are unable to access the bars. Staff are on hand to assist with navigation throughout the theatre.
There are accessible toilets on all levels of the theatre.

Stalls
The Stalls are level access from the main foyer, via a customer lift that gives access to a wheelchair space in Row H. Those who wish to transfer can do so in this section into fixed aisle seats. Companions can be seated next to access patrons at all times. Staff are on hand to assist with navigation.
Extra legroom can be found in Row AA and Row A.
Royal Circle
The Royal Circle is step-free from the main foyer, giving level access to 9 wheelchair spaces located at the rear of the section in Row H. There is room for a companion to be seated next to access patrons. Please note that there are steps to reach each row in this section.
Additional legroom can best be found in aisle seats.
Upper Circle
The Upper Circle must be accessed via steps, which are highlighted with handrails in place. Please note that there is no lift access to the Upper Circle, which makes it unsuitable for those with limited mobility. There are steps to reach each row once inside this section.
Legroom can feel limited throughout the seating, particularly in the centre.
