Circle Guide
The Circle is the second tier, located above the Stalls, with a seating capacity of 700. It is divided into three sections, with two blocks of seating either side of a front and central block. Rows curve dramatically around the stage, with the longest row reaching up to 55 seats.
The view from the rear of the Circle is restricted due to a mediocre rake in the seating, which can cause it to feel quite cramped. There are stairwells towards the back of the Circle which can make seating difficult to get to.
Good views can be found in the central section in the front rows, despite a safety barrier in front of Row A. Seats in the Director’s Box offer an excellent view.
Bars
The Circle Bar is accessible step-free and is located just inside the main entrance, to the right of the theatre foyer. An at-seat service is available on request for patrons unable to leave their seats at the interval.
Toilets
Women’s and Men’s toilets can be found on this level. A fully adapted accessible toilet is located inside the Circle Bar, with level access from both the main entrance and from wheelchair spaces in Row M of the Circle.
