Getting into the venue

Access to the Empress Museum is completely step-free from the street into the venue, and for all seats in the front row of each block (Row A) in the auditorium. Access to all other rows is via two steps per row.

There is both step-free and wheelchair access for patrons who would prefer to transfer to a seat and for non-transferring wheelchair users.

The closest accessible parking is a short walk away from the venue at Empress Place (SW6), with parking spaces available for Blue Badge holders or those who require parking within a short walking distance. Parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and can’t be reserved.

Should you require a little extra assistance, the friendly front-of-house staff at the venue are more than happy to help. Assistance should be requested via email to access@kxtickets.com at the time of booking.

There are five wheelchair spaces with companion seats in the venue, with two per section in the Yellow and Blue blocks and one wheelchair space in the Empress section, which is subject to VIP pricing.

All seats in Row A of each block are available via step-free access.
