Father Christmas is setting off on his annual journey around the world, delivering presents to every child. At each house, he stops to eat the delicious mince pies and warm drinks that have been left out for him, but ten houses in, he begins to have an uncomfortable feeling… he forgot to do a wee before he left the North Pole!Will Father Christmas be able to hold it in until he’s finished spreading festive cheer? Or will he have to find somewhere to wee right now?! Find out at this entertaining and silly kids’ show, which returns to the West End this year.

Father Christmas Needs a Wee! on stage is adapted from Nicholas Allen’s picture book, which is full of cheeky rhymes and laugh-out-loud storytelling as Santa finds himself caught short at the most wonderful time of the year.Allen is known for his witty and silly humour, with other picture books including The King’s Pants, The Queen’s Knickers and Cinderella’s Bum.
Children’s theatre company TaleGate Theatre adapts the show into 90 minutes of brilliantly funny and upbeat fun for little ones, complete with catchy songs and a sprinkling of magic. TaleGate has recently celebrated ten years of creating engaging live shows for families and young children, including pantomimes, school outreach, and picture book adaptations that bring familiar stories into a new format.
