From assassination attempts and number one hits to his position as a leading figure of Rastafarianism, Marley remains an inspiration for millions worldwide following his death in 1981.

Arinzé Kene stars as Bob Marley, taking on the role after critical success with his one-man show Misty at Bush Theatre and Trafalgar Studios. His other credits include Death of a Salesman at the Young Vic, alongside Wendell Pierce and Sharon D. Clarke.
The musical features a book by Billy Elliott scribe Lee Hall and is directed by Death of England director Clint Dyer.
