Getting into the Venue

 There is dedicated wheelchair and step-free access to the Hippodrome Casino from the Little Newport Street entrance, with a host available to assist. Lifts provide access to every floor, including the Magic Mike Live theatre on the first floor. The Magic Mike Live box office entrance on Cranbourn Street has one step up to enter, without handrails.

Customers who have difficulty standing or queuing before a show are welcome to have early access to the venue, with seating provided. 

The theatre Main Floor has up to 4 wheelchair accessible spaces available at each performance.  

Customer Assistance

Venue staff are available to assist throughout the building, and the Hippodrome Casino works with Nimbus Disability to offer the Access Card. This enables staff to provide support in a quick and efficient manner, although it is recommended that you arrive in plenty of time if you require any special assistance. 

Audience members can take drinks from the bar into the auditorium. At Magic Mike Live, at-seat table service is also offered during the performance. 

How to Book

Discounts are available for access patrons, and companions/carers can attend for free. Audience members with specific access requirements can book tickets, including wheelchair spaces, by contacting the Hippodrome Casino box office at box.office@hippodromecasino.com. 

It is best to book in advance and notify the box office team of any special assistance required.

Section accessibility

Main Floor

The Main Floor is on level one of the Hippodrome Casino, opposite Heliot Steak House. Patrons can access the Main Floor via the Magic Mike Live, Grand Casino - Macau Lounge and Little Newport Street lifts, which serve levels G, 1, 2 and 3. 

Accessible seating is at either side of the stage on the Main Floor, with up to four wheelchair spaces available to book at each performance. The closest wheelchair accessible toilet is on the same level, at the Penny Bar.

Upper Level

Upper Level seating is on level two of the Hippodrome Casino, with lift access to the entrance. Door 2, which provides step-free access to the front row, can be reached via the Little Newport Street lift. There are two steps up to the section from Door 1, which can be reached by the Grand Casino - Macau Lounge lift. The Upper Level does not have designated wheelchair spaces or accessible seating. 

The closest accessible toilet is by the Grand Casino - Macau Lounge lift, two steps down from the seating area.
