Getting into the Venue
Leicester Square Theatre is a listed building, located in the basement of the Notre Dame de France church on Leicester Place. From the main entrance, there are 14 steps down to the main foyer and then a further six steps down to the auditorium itself, which is all on one level. The building has been adapted where possible to allow for greater accessibility, but we do not have a lift at the main entrance. However, we do have a separate entrance that offers a more direct route into the main auditorium and is equipped with a platform lift (please be aware the lift has a weight limit of 300kg). To use this entrance, we advise arriving 30 minutes before the performance begins in order to ensure there is sufficient time to get to your seats.
Customer Assistance
Staff are on hand to assist with navigation throughout the theatre.Within the auditorium, we recommend booking into one of the front row seats in the right side stalls section if you are transferring to a theatre seat; the box office team can advise which are the best available seats. Side Stalls Right 20 can be removed from the auditorium if you prefer to remain in your wheelchair.
An accessible toilet and two bars are located within the auditorium. The Lounge Bar is not accessible by wheelchair.
