New Cast Announced for Matilda The Musical in London

The new West End cast of Matilda the Musical has been announced, as the show heads towards its 15th year in London. Find out who is joining Tim Minchin’s mischievous musical adaptation of the beloved Roald Dahl children’s book, plus see audience reviews and seat view photos from across the auditorium.

The New Matilda the Musical Cast

• Matilda – Lola Judd, Scarlett Lindsey, Sachie Sheridan, Sithuni Gamage.
• Mr Wormwood – Matt Corner
• Mrs Wormwood – Amy Ross
• Miss Trunchball – Jon Robyns
• Miss Honey – Eve Norris (until 17 January 2027).
• Miss Honey – Lucy St. Louis (from January 2027).

Jon Robyns continues to play Miss Trunchball. He has starred in some of the biggest West End shows during his career so far, including The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Hamilton, and Avenue Q.

Lucy St. Louis will star as Miss Honey. She broke boundaries as the first Black actress to ever play Christine Daae in the West End or on Broadway. Her other theatre credits include The Phantom of the Opera, Motown the Musical, Wicked and The Book of Mormon.

The new ensemble for the production includes Molly Cleere, Pedr Davies, Will Haswell, Karina Hind, Leyton Holmes, Joshua Lear, Stephanie Lindo, Stephen Murray, Ashley Rowe, and Charlotte-Kate Warren. They join the existing ensemble who will continue in the production: Alex Louize Bird, Antony Lawrence, Tania Mathurin, Stuart Rouse, Millie Brown-Thornton, Callum Train.
