Getting into the Venue
The Piccadilly Theatre main entrance is situated on Denman Street, through double doors. A drop-off point is located down a side street next to the theatre. An accessible entrance is available at the side of the building on Sherwood Street, leading directly to the Royal Circle seating.All sections of the theatre must be accessed by stairs, as there is no customer lift.
Customer Assistance
Those who wish to use the alternative entrance on Sherwood Street must arrive 30 minutes before the performance is due to begin, and notify a member of staff. Staff are on hand to assist with navigation throughout the theatre, and will assist patrons to the accessible entrance.Transfers are available to the front of the Royal Circle. Those wishing to transfer are recommended to bring a companion. Staff are able to store wheelchairs for the duration of the performance. An at-seat service is available for those who are unable to access the bars.
How to Book
For those who require special assistance or wish to book wheelchair spaces, it is important to book in advance and notify the theatre of any special requirements. Stalls
The Stalls are accessible via 22 steps down from the theatre foyer.
Extra legroom can be found in the front row, Row P and seats D1, D28, H1, H28, K1 and K30.
Royal Circle
The Royal Circle can be accessed via 30 steps up from the theatre foyer. Alternatively, the seating can be accessed step-free via the alternative entrance on Sherwood Street.
Transfers are available to A28, with 1 fixed wheelchair space in Row A and 2 spaces in Box C.
Extra legroom can be found in Row B of the Royal Circle.
Grand Circle
The Grand Circle is accessible via 70 steps up from the theatre foyer. This section is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
