Getting into the Venue
The Trafalgar Theatre Foyer and Box Office entrance on Whitehall is step-free, however be aware that the pavement just outside the main entrance is raised by two steps. A flat pavement entrance is on Spring Gardens, to the rear of the theatre. Access to the Stalls, Stalls Bar and accessible toilet from the Foyer is step free via a lift, with wheelchair and companion spaces available in the section.There is no access seating or step-free access to the Dress Circle level.
Please note that the lift has a 225kg maximum weight capacity, and can only accommodate small wheelchairs up to 25” or 65 cm width and 43’’ or 110cm length (no mobility scooters).

Trafalgar Theatre staff will be available to assist access patrons when required. Wheelchair users are advised to arrive 20 minutes prior to the performance.How to Book

Stalls
The Stalls are 25 steps down from the Foyer, with access also available via a lift. Entrance to the seating area from the lift is through rear Stalls Entrances A and B. For patrons wishing to visit the Stalls Bar, there is level access from the auditorium. Alternatively, staff are available to bring drinks to disabled customers in the auditorium upon request.
The Stalls are step-free with a gentle rake. Spaces for wheelchair users and companions are on the end of rows B and H.
Dress Circle
The Dress Circle has three entrances, with no step-free access. Entrance A is 14 steps up from the Foyer, Entrance B 21 steps up from the Foyer and Entrance C 25 steps up from the Foyer. There are an additional 3 steps between each row, and the section is steeply raked. The Dress Circle is not recommended for patrons with limited mobility.
