Getting into the Venue
Step-free and wheelchair access to Daryl Roth Theatre is via the entrance on the corner of East 15th Street and Union Square East. There are three steps up into the lobby, but a wheelchair ramp is available and staff can assist. There is an elevator down to the basement, but this area of the building is not wheelchair accessible.Once inside, entrance into Row D of the auditorium is step-free; there is one step up to each row after this, with handrails in place. There are three wheelchair or aisle transfer seats in Row D and two in Row A, with one companion seat next to each.
Customer Assistance
Theater staff are available to assist with getting into the building, accessing restrooms and reaching your seats.An ADA-accessible restroom is in the lobby, with further public restrooms in the lobby and in the basement, which is reached by a flight of stairs.
Drinks can be purchased in the D-Lounge bar, which is accessed by an elevator. This space is not wheelchair accessible but ushers can assist with ordering refreshments.
Please note that the Daryl Roth Theatre does not offer assistive devices for D/deaf and HoH customers. Coat check is not currently available.
