About Hell’s Kitchen
In ‘90s New York City, 17-year-old Ali is a young woman with fire in her belly, but her rebellious, passionate nature is stifled by her protective mom, who raised her alone. That all changes when Ali meets her mentor: a neighbor who helps her discover the power of music through piano, and opens her mind and heart to a bright new future.
Set in the streets of NYC, where dreams are made and bonds forged, Hell’s Kitchen is an intergenerational story about self-discovery and the power of community that will touch your heart and raise your spirits.
Alicia Keys Brings Hell’s Kitchen to Broadway

Loved it! Great songs which didn't feel shoe-horned into a plot or like karaoke versions. Performers were immense and I thought the songs were smartly re-worked to fit the narrative, party atmosphere at the end. Go see it!
