Prayer For The French Republic is written by Joshua Harmon, who is best known for hit comedy Bad Jews and Significant Other. Harmon’s work has been performed both on and Off-Broadway, and his mix of quick wit, sharp jokes and heartfelt, fully realized relationships is a winning combination that has seen him pick up two Drama Desk Awards for Outstanding Play and two Outer Critics Circle Awards for Outstanding Off-Broadway Play.It is directed by Tony Award winner David Cromer, who won accolades for 2018 new musical The Band’s Visit.
