If you need assistance onsite, the friendly team of ushers, guest experience representatives and security guards are happy to help.
Customers with limited mobility who do not use a wheelchair can request wheelchair transport to their seat, free of charge. For those who use mobility aids or wheelchair users who would prefer to transfer to a seat, storage is available and a member of staff will return your mobility device to you at the end of the show.
Assisted listening devices are available, and service animals are permitted. For those with sensory needs, sensory bags can be claimed free of charge from the Grand Foyer. The Chris and Veronica Jackson Sensory Room is also available for use.
