About Stranger Things: The First Shadow

Welcome to Hawkins, Indiana—a town that no one has heard of, where nothing ever happens… until now. Stranger Things: The First Shadow follows young Jim Hopper, struggling to get his car to start; Bob Newby, trying to get someone to take his radio show seriously; and Joyce Maldonado, who just wants to graduate and leave this town far behind. Everything seems normal until new student Henry Creel and his family arrive, casting the first shadow over Hawkins that will alter it for decades to come. Unseen forces and hidden secrets begin to surface, revealing the dark underbelly of this seemingly quiet town.

The Creative Team

This production is brought to life by an outstanding creative team, including director Stephen Daldry (The Crown, Billy Elliot, The Inheritance, The Hours, The Reader ) and co-director Justin Martin (Prima Facie, The Inheritance ). With a story written by Kate Trefry (Stranger Things, Fear Street: Part Three - 1666, Drive ) and creative producers the Duffer Brothers, this production is set to amaze.
