About the The Arts at Marble Arch
Set against the backdrop of the famous arch itself, Arts at Marble Arch Theatre is the hottest new venue in the West End - be sure to plan a visit, as it won't be here forever! Officially called The Arts at Marble Arch, the venue has also been nicknamed the Marble Arts Theatre. The venue is located in the heart of Marble Arch and is a temporary measure while its sister venue, the Arts Theatre, closes for extensive renovations.
The semi-permanent venue is the brainchild of Arts Theatre co-runners Louis Hartshorn and Brian Hook, and carries on the Arts’ ethos of showcasing a wide range of artistic endeavours, with a mixture of new shows and established smash hits on the slate. The theatre opens with Burlesque, as this sizzling musical shimmies its way back to the West End in Summer 2026 and is expected to be in place for two years. With a sweeping grandstand and 17m wide stage, the venue is actually slightly larger than its elder sister, and is comprised of static, tiered seating, holding 550 seats - the Arts Theatre, which clocks in at a petite 350 seats, is the smallest receiving house in the West End!
