Baby Reindeer Tickets

Ambassadors Theatre

Richard Gadd’s compelling one-man show Baby Reindeer transfers to the Ambassadors Theatre for a strictly limited run. The Edinburgh Festival hit based on his experience of stalking begins previews on 2 April 2020.

Please note that Baby Reindeer has been postponed in response to government advice regarding coronavirus (COVID-19). It is expected to be rescheduled at a later date.

What happens when a simple act of kindness triggers obsession? In Baby Reindeer, Richard Gadd recounts how a cup of tea offered to a stranger spiralled into a protracted, years-long stalking campaign. After sell-out runs at Edinburgh Festival and Bush Theatre, this new one-man play transfers to the Ambassadors Theatre.

Inspired by Gadd’s experience as a victim of stalking, Baby Reindeer draws together voicemail messages, police testimony and personal narrative to lay bare the full consequences of one person’s delusion.

Baby Reindeer is the second hit from writer and performer Richard Gadd, who won the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Monkey See Monkey Do. Best known as a comedian, Gadd is fast becoming acclaimed for his sharply honest autobiographical work.

The show transfers from the Bush Theatre with Olivier Award-winning director Jon Brittain (Rotterdam), video designer Ben Bull (Musik), designer Cecilia Carey and sound designer Keegan Curran.

This incredibly personal performance was a must-see at Edinburgh Festival, and is sure to captivate audiences in the West End; Baby Reindeer opens at the Ambassadors Theatre on 2 April 2020.
