Getting into the Venue

Step-free access is available to the venue for both transferring and non-transferring wheelchair users and patrons with limited mobility.

Step-free seating is available in Districts 4 and 5. Wheelchair spaces are available in Districts 3 and 6.

There is no dedicated accessible parking at the venue, but there is an access drop-off point for patrons. If you require use of the drop-off point, please contact the venue for more information.

Public parking is available at nearby car parks. Please check https://canarywharf.com/parking/ for further information

Customer Assistance

The theatre's Front of House team are happy to help any customers on-site, and can be contacted via email ahead of time to flag any specific assistance required upon arrival.

Accessible performances, including captioned and audio-described shows, will be available. Trained and registered guide dogs are also allowed on site. Please contact the venue access team for further information on accessible performances or if you need to bring an assistance dog to the theatre.

How to Book

Discounts are available for customers with access requirements. In order to book, please first register for a Nimbus access card at https://www.kxtickets.com/access.

Once registered, simply email the Access team at KX Tickets (access@kxtickets.com) with your access card number, the production you would like to see, and your preferred date, along with any other relevant information. The team will be in touch to complete the booking.
