Getting into the Venue
There is step-free access into the Charing Cross Theatre foyer, which is situated on The Arches, Villiers Street. There is also level access to seating in the Balcony, as well as the Box Office, unisex toilet facilities and the bar and restaurant.The Stalls must be accessed via steps, with handrails in place either side. There is no customer lift.
Customer Assistance
Staff are on hand to assist with navigation. An at-seat service is available, but staff must be notified prior to the performance. Transfers are available in Balcony 1 and it is recommended that a companion is brought.How to Book
For those who require special assistance or wish to book wheelchair spaces and transfers, it is important to book well in advance and notify the theatre of any special requirements. Section Accessibility
Stalls
The Stalls are accessible via 16 steps down from the main foyer, with handrails in place either side. Seating is gently raked from Row C onward.
Extra legroom can be found in Row K, which is on the same level as the entrance to the Stalls.
Balcony
There is level access to the Balcony, where accessible seating is available.
