Charing Cross Theatre is an intimate venue with most seating on one level apart from some bench seats in balconies positioned above the stage. Since 2019, Charing Cross Theatre has employed a traverse layout with seating on either side of the stage and a capacity of 265. A more traditional proscenium layout is also possible at the venue and was used for most productions pre-2019. The view from any seat in the Stalls is good thanks to the intimate nature of the venue. Views from the balcony seats can be somewhat restricted.
For an unforgettable theatre experience at Charing Cross Theatre, the best seats are undoubtedly found in the Stalls, particularly in Rows D to G. These seats offer the best views of the stage, allowing you to fully appreciate the performances without obstruction. Audience members rave about their experiences, with one ... saying, "Great view of the entire stage, close enough to not miss any facial expressions." Another noted, "Great seat, can see everything so clearly - would happily sit here again." The atmosphere is enhanced by the proximity to the action, making these the best seats in the house!

For taller theatre-goers seeking comfort, the Stalls section at Charing Cross Theatre offers some fantastic options. Rows N and D are particularly noteworthy, with Row N Seat 12 providing excellent legroom and a great view, while Row D Seat 12 boasts superb legroom and a clear sightline to the stage. Additionally, Row ... P Seat 7 is a standout choice, offering ample legroom for those over 6ft. However, be cautious of Row B, which, despite its proximity to the stage, has limited legroom and may not be ideal for taller patrons.
