Getting into the VenueThe Garrick Theatre main entrance is located on Charing Cross Road and is accessible via 2 steps up from street level, with handrails. The foyer is accessible through double doors. A drop-off point is available outside the main entrance.
There is step-free access available via an alternative entrance, which is to the left of the main entrance. A portable ramp can be placed over 2 steps up to this entrance. An Usher will accompany patrons who wish to use this entrance, which leads directly to accessible Row E in the Dress Circle.
All sections of the theatre must be reached by stairs as there is no customer lift.
Customer AssistancePatrons who wish to use the alternative entrance should report to staff at the main entrance on arrival and should arrive 30 minutes before the performance is due to begin. It is recommended that wheelchair users bring a companion.
Transfers are available and staff are able to assist with transferring patrons. Wheelchairs can be stored for the duration of the performance. An at-seat service is available for patrons who are unable to access the bars.

The Stalls must be accessed via 22 steps down from the foyer. This section is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
Extra legroom can be found in seats N1-5 and N17-21.
There is level access to the Dress Circle, which is suitable for wheelchair users. There are 2 wheelchair spaces at the end of Row C, with seating available for companions. Row E is step-free from street level.
Transfers are available to aisle seats, via 3 small steps down towards the front rows.
The Grand Circle is accessible via 33 steps up as there is no customer lift. This section is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
