What is a Dance Booth at ABBA Voyage?

An ABBA Voyage Dance Booth combines the comfort of seats with the freedom to show off your best disco moves! There are eight booths, located on either side of the central seating block. Each booth accommodates 10 to 12 people and includes a seating area, a private dancefloor and a dedicated bar.
Dance Booth ticket prices currently start at £180.
Are Dance Booths private or shared?
Dance Booths are usually shared, and you can book as many tickets as you want. We found that sharing is a fun experience! It was a great way to connect with fellow ABBA fans. Everyone is there for the same reason: to enjoy fantastic music and have a good time!
The atmosphere is friendly and communal, making it easy to engage in conversations about favourite songs, memories and more. We shared our booth with four other people from Nottingham and Crewe who were celebrating a joint birthday, so the vibe was upbeat, and the booth was buzzing with excitement. Opposite us in another booth, there were 11 people from a mix of Germany, Serbia and the UK all eating, drinking and dancing. We didn’t feel our space was compromised at all, and it was great fun mingling with everyone.
Private Dance Booths can be booked for large corporate groups or other events. Contact the venue for more information.
What’s included with a Dance Booth ticket?
An ABBA Voyage Dance Booth ticket comes with a host of perks, making it a worthwhile option. We were not only guided to the designated booth but also enjoyed comfy seating, excellent views, and that intimate vibe that the main floor doesn’t quite offer. It felt very special to be there, and the table service was the ultimate in convenience.
You can also order drinks directly to your booth, so you don’t have to miss a moment of the action. This convenience is a game-changer, as you can stay refreshed without stepping away from the music.
Food, Drinks & Facilities
While no complimentary drinks were included, the pricing was very reasonable – Bombay gin and Fever Tree tonic being our choice.
You can’t bring your own food to the venue, but you don’t need to. On the way in, I noticed there is a designated outdoor eating and drinking area on the left. There’s a wide selection of food and drinks available before the show, as well as post-concert pizza.

At the entrance there are lots of bars and one main food area with lots of choices, so we were happy. Merchandise was available for the souvenir seekers, and toilet facilities were also available in this area. It was very well signposted and easy to access. Queuing was not an issue at any point.
Getting to the Dance Booth
Accessing the Dance Booth couldn’t be easier! We were directed to the very small queue signed “Dance Booths” and immediately shown to our booth. We felt like VIPs! This is definitely one to think about if you’re trying to impress clients at work.

There’s a smooth flow of traffic, making sure that everyone can get to their respective spots without a hitch. The layout is well thought out, with plenty of space between the booths, allowing for both privacy and social interaction. Each booth was the same – spacious and comfortably accommodating multiple guests without feeling cramped.
What’s it like inside the Dance Booth?
Layout & Design
The Dance Booth is an intimate yet lively space that is both social and secure. We were shown to our booth by enthusiastic, friendly staff and greeted by a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Here the setup was explained in detail, including table service options and drinks. Food and drinks menus were displayed.
Booths are split-level, lit from underneath, with seating on the top level and four steps down to the dance area. Steps have illuminated strips for easier access, with a rail on one side. The seats in the Dance Booth were bench-style, padded, and very comfortable.
Dancing & Atmosphere
Down the steps, there’s a more spacious area with plenty of room to dance together as couples, mingle with the other booth, or just party. The space felt private and made us feel secure and cocooned.
There was ample room to move around and dance, which is a major plus. The booths are designed with a reasonable footprint – not so spacious that you feel lost, but enough so that you can get up and groove without bumping into anyone.
Plus, should you require it, there’s a designated area for coats and bags in the main entrance area – keeping everything organised and reducing clutter. We had bags only, which we felt comfortable leaving on our seats in the booth, but there would’ve been space to leave coats if needed.
What’s the view like from the Dance Booth?
The 360° view from the booth is nothing short of spectacular! You have a direct line of sight to the stage and screens, allowing you to fully appreciate the ABBAtars. It feels like you’re in the room with ABBA! I’d forgotten about the incredible outfits they immortalised.
Here is a video of the amazing view from Dance Booth F at ABBA Voyage:
The impressive visuals and dynamic lighting create an unforgettable spectacle that perfectly complements the music. The whole experience felt incredibly immersive.
The combination of high-quality visuals, surround sound, and the lively atmosphere made it feel as though you were part of a grand celebration. The view is not restricted in the Dance Booths; you can take in the entire show without any obstructions, even when you’re seated and others are dancing.
For those who feel claustrophobic, these booths provide an ideal alternative to the bustling main dance floor. We felt that the dance floor was best for younger visitors, as we noticed that the older audience members only stood up for the big hits two-thirds into the show. And of course, seated, you’d be advised very quickly if you were spoiling someone’s view, I’m sure!
The show is 90 minutes long, and the booth provided us with a break from being on our feet.
Which Dance Booth should you choose?
Each of the eight Dance Booths is positioned excellently in a wrap-around style. You’re right in the heart of the action wherever you are. Even those a bit further back still provide a fantastic view and a great vibe – so any booth is a solid choice!
Ours was in a great position one row from the top, where we still felt included and able to soak up the infectious atmosphere all around us.
Who are Dance Booths best for?
If you’re an ABBA fan, a Dance Booth is an inclusive experience for all ages! Corporate celebrations, couples wanting a romantic night out, or groups of friends looking to celebrate birthdays would also greatly enjoy a Dance Booth. It’s worth every penny for the comfort, exclusivity and immersive experience it offers.
It’s easy to communicate with people in the other booths too – for example, above us was a party from Birmingham.
Are ABBA Voyage Dance Booths worth it?
Yes! The ABBA Voyage virtual concert experience is an absolute pleasure! The attention to detail gives the feel of a live concert. The spectacular performances and the fun, vibrant atmosphere of the booth all come together to create an unforgettable night. Memorable for sure!!

Whether you are dancing with friends or simply enjoying the show, booking a Dance Booth is one of the best decisions you can make when attending this extraordinary event. It adds an extra special touch to the evening, and we would choose the booth option over the seated tickets or Dance Floor tickets if we were to book again.
The space, facilities, and security that the booth offers are a clear advantage over other options.
